missingWrote a review on Aug 01modern designstrategic locationcleaning issues
The hotel boasts a sleek, trendy design that instantly makes an impression, resembling a modern brick warehouse. Right next to the Lagan, it offers easy walks to both Victoria Square and the Titanic Quarter, making it a strategic point for exploring.
The cleaning service leaves something to be desired. I found that my room had not been serviced by 4 PM on two occasions, which is pretty unacceptable. if you like a cold drink with your coffee, be prepared to wait—requested milk took over a day to arrive. The Wi-Fi fee struck me as excessive at £14.99, especially when most places offer it for free. A couple of taxis didn't show when I needed one, which can definitely throw a wrench in your plans.

The location offered convenient access to local attractions, and the tandoori dishes at breakfast were delightful. However, the room was underwhelming with a broken hook and a dirty bath side, indicating a need for better cleaning. There were also issues with the TV remote that required immediate attention from staff, which detracted from the overall experience. Despite the friendly service from most staff, the experience was marred by these shortcomings.
